I often comment on various blogs to say I'll try a recipe if I really like it. Sometimes I get around to it, other times I dont - either because I dont have an ingredient or I never make it happen. I followed the exact recipe that Shashi provided and I used old fashioned oats and pulsed them through a nutribullet to coarsely grind them.<br />
Overall - loved the ease of making this cookie. Really, for a non-baker, there is nothing easier to make.<br />
The flavors from regular peanut butter was great , slightly salty but I liked it. The added sugar is very little as compared to regular cookies. Both my husband and I liked that fact - since the cookies weren't overly sweet.
